The civil law and protections lawact of September 2017 and the Committee Regulation law of 2017. According to the queen these are important pieces of legislation, the national committee member Karl seems to agree and says that these pieces of legislation will help the nation grow. So everyone seems to agree this legislation is important so why don't we take a look at it.
The civil law and protections lawact of September 2017 of the CLPLLA is a piece of legislation that established lawsuits. So lets go thru the list of this lawacts features:
§. One may not falsely market a product and one may not say false things about someone in an attempt to defame them.
§§. One may not copy works like characters, stories, inventions and works of art. There is an exception for parody and critique however.
§§§. One may not provide a service or product that can pose considerable risk to the user of recipient, and in the cases of smaller risks the user or recipient has to be notified of the risk.
So this is essentially a lawact establishing a civilcode, a very important part of a country.
The next piece of legislation is very easy to explain. It simply gives the regulations created by committees the force of law. It also makes it so regulations have to be accepted by the national committee and get to either stay regulations, be turned into laws or the regulations are to be disbanded. So that is all the legislation passed today.
Also a quick reminder to all citizens and residents of Yadra not to miss the national convention on sunday between 14:00 and 15:30. Thanks that is all.
